The Initiative on Acute Coronary Syndrome held a National Stakeholder Conference to identify ways to improve patient engagement and health outcomes for patients with ACS.  The conference was held on January 24, 2013 at the JW Marriott Hotel - Penn Terrace Room, 1331 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC   20004 from 9-4pm.

Our Approach. The ACP seeks to build consensus around best-practice interventions that will improve health care outcomes for patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome. The Foundation convenes clinicians, patient advocates, and leaders in health care systems to identify and close communication gaps between clinicians and patients.


Who We Are. Chosen for their experience, expertise, and passion for improving the quality of patient care, members of the National Steering Committee include leaders in clinical practice, patient advocacy, health system administration, and medical research.


Resources. A growing list of websites, articles and medical literature focusing on Acute Coronary Syndrome is available on our site. As more research is undertaken and papers are published, this section will expand to provide the most relevant resources.
